Louis and Lynne Cazeault moved into their Domani home in mid-December from a much larger Palm Desert community. “We were out for a drive one day and saw Domani was just being built. We were curious and decided to take a look,” recalls Louis. One look was all they needed. “From the moment we walked into model one, we loved it and thought this looks like a million-dollar house,” said Lynne. The Cazeaults decided right away they wanted to live in Domani. They put their house on the market, which sold in three days. Domani’s size was especially appealing. “Where we lived before it took us ten minutes to get to the front gate and we didn’t know any of our neighbors. At Domani, we live right by the gate. We love all the amenities and we’ve been able to meet many people within the community. Now our neighbors have become friends,” Louis explained.

Both the buying and construction process were made hassle-free thanks to Casey Erickson, Domani’s Community Sales Manager. “Casey was totally fantastic throughout the whole process. He was there all along to make sure everything was fine. If something came up, Casey took care of it right away,” Louis recalls. “The whole experience was fantastic,” Lynne adds.

Neil and Sue Hoffman moved into their Domani home right before Christmas. They couldn’t be happier. “We’ve owned a total of 24 homes and fell in love with Domani when we first toured the homes. They are very well designed with much thought about creating as much usable space as possible, and we appreciate that,” said Neil Hoffman who knows about good design. During his career, he was president of five colleges of art. “My wife Sue also has a design background and we looked at the homes at Domani through the lens of art and design.”

Rilington Group Hauls Dirt for Domani Grading Operations of Phases 8-20

The Rilington Group recently announced it’s moving forward with Domani as it begins hauling dirt for grading operations in phases 8-20. Domani, an exciting new 55+ gated community centrally located in Palm Desert, features 202 single family homes priced from the $300,000’s.

Since Domani’s preview opening in February, 39 homes have been sold. “We have been very fortunate with our success to date at Domani and with expectations of continued success we are now taking steps to prepare for improving the balance of our property with the export of the necessary soils to complete this next phase of work,” said Bruce Maize, Chief Operating Officer of The Rilington Group.

Moving dirt to the site to begin the grading operation for Phases 8-20 confirms Domani’s sales success and the importance to have manufactured lots ready for construction in 2019. Domani has moved along quickly with grading and infrastructure for phases 1-7 for 70 homes in December 2016. Construction commenced in September 2017, followed by opening sales in February 2018.

Mary Urquidez and her husband, George, became Domani residents in mid-July and couldn’t be happier. The couple moved from their long-time Rancho Mirage home that George had built into one of Domani’s 1,886 square foot homes near the community’s front gates.

“My husband is a contractor and has built all our previous homes. We wanted to downsize and thought we would stay in Rancho Mirage. That changed for us when we saw Domani.
